(the "Company" or “PN Med”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on January 30, 2012. The Company planned to distribute medical supplies and equipment to municipalities, hospitals, pharmacies, care centers, and clinics throughout the country of Chile. The Company recently decided to discontinue operations in this area and is presently looking for a new business opportunity.
